Our promise

"We show up. Every shift. For as long as you need us."

We don't over-promise. We don't claim to transform lives. We help people live theirs — with the same face, the same warmth, the same reliability. That's the whole promise.

What we stand for

People are not their plans.

Oriah is Hebrew for my light. The name is warm, personal, and grounded — and that's how we show up.

  • Consistency is the hardest thing to do well, and the thing participants value most. We show up, we follow through, we repeat.
  • Warmth is not the opposite of professionalism. The best supports feel personal and are delivered with rigour.
  • Language shapes experience. We say participant. We describe what people can do, not what they can't.
  • Humility is a feature, not a weakness. We don't over-promise. We help people live their lives.

"Maria has been part of Oriah for two years. Her support worker Jess is there three mornings a week."

Getting started

How it begins.

Three steps. No forms to start. No obligation. We'll ask what you actually need and go from there.

  1. 01

    Get in touch.

A short conversation with someone from the team. We'll listen first — ask what's working, what isn't, and what you'd like to change.

  2. 02

We look at your plan together.

Whether you're new to the NDIS or moving from another provider, we'll walk through your plan and what's possible with it.

  3. 03

We build the supports that fit.

Matched support workers, a regular schedule, and a single point of contact. You meet your team before anyone comes through the door.

Our promise

From here.
For life.
